Project 2in2out connects the creativity and personalities of four young musicians from the Prague jazz scene. The band was founded by saxophonist Nela Dusova and guitarist Jan Lacina whose compositions are the core of the repertoir. Since 2018 they have been joined by double bass player Klara Pudlakova and drummer Antonin Jina. The music is characterized by the blending of traditional elements, contemporary movements and experimentation which provides space for freeform improvisation. This guarantees unique audience experience with each performance. It also allows for the differing approaches and connections brought to the performance by the male and female perspectives. In 2018 the quartet competed in the final round of Krokus Jazz Festiwal and in 2019 won in the national round of Jazz Fruit.
