Veronika & The Band ()

Veronika & The Band are proof that even well-known repertoire from the interwar period to the present can be approached innovatively, with lightness and freshness. No wonder. Veronika's band is based on brilliant Czech musicians. The bassist Tadeáš Mesany is active in a wide variety of musical styles - from classical music in the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra to folk, tango and jazz, Petr Svoboda is a young talented pianist, and the drummer Tomáš Piala can most often be seen in the bands Gingerhead or Jarret.
