Jakub Zomer is a Czech pianist. His repertoire is built on a solid foundation of jazz, blues and bossanova. Jakub is a graduate of the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. His musical projects include Jakub Zomer Organ Trio, Bio Trio, Blues Band, Famous Swing Melodies.

A few years ago, jazz organ player and vocalist Jakub Zomer established a blues project, focusing mainly on the rendering of songs by Ray Charles, Eddie Vinson, or Boogaloo Joe Jones. The audience will have an opportunity to listen to earthy funky grooves in the style of The Meters, or songs throughout Ray Charles’ oeuvre.
