Libor Šmoldas Trio ()

In his organ trio, Libor has invited the excellent organist Jakub Zomer, whose popularity with the Czech jazz audience is constantly growing, and drummer Daniel Šoltis, known for example from the bands -123 Minut or Vertigo. The band released the album Lay It Down in 2017. Libor Šmoldas Organ Trio will surprise you with a surge of positive energy with which he plays his own compositions, based not only on the jazz tradition, but also strongly leaning on the blues, funk and soul of the sixties. The trio's characteristic sound is ensured not only by Liborova's guitar and well-crafted percussion, but also by the authentic Hammond B3 organ, an instrument well known to a wide range of music lovers, but rarely seen or heard in our country.
